Ingredients:

1-2 grams Matchya powder (about 0.5-1 teaspoon)

70-80 ml hot water (75-80°C / 170-175°F)
Instructions:

Sift 1-2 grams of Matchya powder into a bowl or cup to avoid clumps.

Pour hot water over the powder.

Whisk briskly with a traditional bamboo whisk (chasen) or a small electric frother until smooth and frothy.

Enjoy immediately for the freshest taste and maximum antioxidants.
No whisk? Shake Matchya and hot water vigorously in a sealed jar or bottle until frothy.
2. Matchya Latte
A creamy, antioxidant-rich boost perfect for mornings or afternoon treats.
Ingredients:

1-2 grams Matchya powder (about 0.5-1 teaspoon)

120 ml milk or plant-based milk (almond, oat, soy, etc.)

30-50 ml hot water

(Ice for iced Matchya latte)
Instructions:

Sift Matchya powder into a cup.

Add hot water and whisk or shake until smooth and frothy.

Heat milk until warm (not boiling)/keep milk cool for iced Matchya latte

Pour warm milk into the whisked Matchya and stir gently/pour milk onto ice for iced Matchya latte

Optional: Sweeten with honey, agave, maple syrup, or a spoonful of jam or fruit conserve.
3. Matchya Shot
For a quick, potent antioxidant kick any time of day.
Ingredients:

2 grams Matchya powder (about 1 teaspoon)

30-40 ml hot water
Instructions:

Sift Matchya powder into a small cup or shot glass.

Add hot water and whisk or shake vigorously until smooth and frothy.
