How to Enjoy Matchya - 3 Recipes For You to Try

1. Traditional Matcha

Experience the pure, vibrant taste of first-harvest Matchya.

Ingredients:

  • 1-2 grams Matchya powder (about 0.5-1 teaspoon)

  • 70-80 ml hot water (75-80°C / 170-175°F)

Instructions:

  1. Sift 1-2 grams of Matchya powder into a bowl or cup to avoid clumps.

  2. Pour hot water over the powder.

  3. Whisk briskly with a traditional bamboo whisk (chasen) or a small electric frother until smooth and frothy.

  4. Enjoy immediately for the freshest taste and maximum antioxidants.

No whisk? Shake Matchya and hot water vigorously in a sealed jar or bottle until frothy.
