Shipping Policy:

UK & Northern Ireland

  • We usually ship your Matchya goodies within 5-7 working days.

  • Orders go out with our trusted courier, and tracking is available if you’d like to follow your package’s journey.

  • If there’s ever a delay, we’ll get in touch to sort it - whether that’s rescheduling delivery or giving you a refund on shipping

  • Delivery is free on orders over £50 (UK & NI only, excluding the Channel Islands). For orders under £50, there’s a small £3.99 delivery fee.

  • Around Christmas and New Year, deliveries might take a little longer due to courier holidays. We’ll get everything shipped out as soon as possible once things reopen.

International Orders 

  • Yes, we ship Matchya worldwide! Enter your address at checkout to see delivery costs and options.

  • Shipping is free on international orders over £100.
    Delivery times vary depending on your country, but we’ll send you tracking info so you know when to expect it.

  • Please keep in mind:
    - Orders to the EU may have local VAT or import duties (thanks, Brexit). These charges are set by your country and are out of our hands.
    - Some countries outside the UK may also add customs or handling fees on arrival - these will be your responsibility.
