Refunds & Returns:
We want you to love your Matchya! If something’s not quite right, here’s how our refund policy works:

Matchya products (like tea) can only be returned if they are unopened, sealed, and in their original packaging. This is for health and safety reasons.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please let us know within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right — whether that means sending a replacement or issuing a refund.

Unfortunately, we can’t offer refunds or exchanges on any opened Matchya products.

For non-tea items (like accessories or merch), returns are accepted within 14 days, as long as the items are unused and in their original condition.

Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method once we’ve received and checked your return.

You must provide your own shipping for returns
