Refund policy

Refunds & Returns:

We want you to love your Matchya! If something’s not quite right, here’s how our refund policy works:

  • Matchya products (like tea) can only be returned if they are unopened, sealed, and in their original packaging. This is for health and safety reasons.

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please let us know within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right — whether that means sending a replacement or issuing a refund.

  • Unfortunately, we can’t offer refunds or exchanges on any opened Matchya products.

  • For non-tea items (like accessories or merch), returns are accepted within 14 days, as long as the items are unused and in their original condition.

  • Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method once we’ve received and checked your return.

  • You must provide your own shipping for returns
